Senior Data Scientist
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to build and scale machine learning solutions for real-world business problems. In this role, you will work end to end on predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization use cases, from data preparation and feature engineering to experimentation and evaluation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to turn complex analyses into clear, actionable insights using Python, modern ML frameworks, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain machine learning models for predictive analytics, optimization, and forecasting.
- Develop recommendation systems and algorithms to support data-driven decisions.
- Process and enhance datasets, including feature engineering and computer vision tasks (e.g., image analysis).
- Conduct data quality audits, ensure dataset integrity, and prepare data for modeling.
- Design and run proof-of-concept experiments to validate assumptions and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to refine requirements, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights
Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Experience with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and optimization techniques.
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to handle large, complex datasets.
- Full ML lifecycle expertise (data prep, training, validation, tuning, evaluation).
- Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
